Hannah Viney, CEO, has 12+ years’ experience in SEO, social media, and PR for high-end venues and varied businesses.
Hannah holds a degree in English Language and Linguistics from Cardiff University, which underpins her strong communication skills. A personal loss early in life shaped her empathetic and transparent approach, driving her to work with purpose-led clients who aim to make a positive impact. Passionate about giving back, she regularly supports meaningful causes through pro bono work, reflecting her commitment to values-driven business.

Company origin and story

A Passion for Storytelling and a Tough Start
Hannah Viney’s journey into PR began with a deep-rooted love of storytelling, shaped by her studies in English Language and Linguistics at Cardiff University and early inspiration from her journalist uncle, Shaun Williams. She honed her skills in digital marketing and public relations through roles in boutique and national agencies, as well as in-house at the 5-star Bath Priory Hotel. But despite her professional growth, Hannah’s early career was marred by toxic leadership and unhealthy work cultures, leading to burnout, anxiety, and a crisis of confidence.
Building Sycamore Communications
In 2018, determined to create a healthier, purpose-driven path, Hannah founded Sycamore Communications — a PR agency with a mission to give small business owners the media voice she once struggled to find. With a belief that "everyone has a story that deserves to be heard," she invested heavily in mentoring and personal growth, building a six-figure, award-winning agency over six years. By 2024, Sycamore was named PR Agency of the Year, a testament to its impact and Hannah’s unwavering commitment to her clients.
The Birth of BRAND FAMOUS
In August 2024, Hannah’s agency caught the attention of Adam Stott — renowned entrepreneur and founder of Big Business Events (BBE) — who invested in the business and backed her bold vision. This marked the evolution of Sycamore Communications into BRAND FAMOUS — a bigger, bolder agency focused on celebrity cultivation, legacy building, and strategic PR. As BBE’s lead PR partner, Hannah began coaching thousands of entrepreneurs on using the media to scale and collaborated with headline figures like Sarah Willingham and Lee McQueen.

Under Hannah’s leadership, BRAND FAMOUS has secured thousands of press placements and transformed the visibility of both brands and individuals. From scaling The Cuddle Club to national acclaim to launching high-impact campaigns for the Natural History Museum and Boston Tea Party, the agency delivers results that matter. As a best-selling co-author of Selling Is Serving and a mentor to hundreds, Hannah continues to amplify voices and shape legacies — proving that with the right story, anything is possible.
